About

A WordPress plugin for site owners and developers who need to update custom fields, images, galleries and content across many posts at once.

Editing posts one by one is slow and easy to get wrong. This plugin lets you pick the posts first: choose a post type, narrow by taxonomy term, then include or exclude specific posts with a live title search. A preview shows how many posts match before anything runs.

Then apply your changes in a step-by-step screen. Add custom field rows in the format you need, set a featured image, update a gallery field, change the excerpt or content, and pin a shortcode to the end. Every field has its own replace or keep-existing rule, so existing data is only overwritten where you say so. Changes run in small batches with a live progress bar, so large sites do not time out.

A separate Media Usage screen shows every post that uses a chosen file, as a custom field, in a gallery or as the featured image. Tick the posts you want and swap in a new file for those only.
